You may notice some synchronization errors due to a certificate change or expiration.  To resolve this, ensure you can log in to CFT without certificate errors through the web interface (if you cannot, please contact Client Feedback Tool support).  Once you can do this, you'll still need to rebuild your web services on your Vision server.  To do this: 

  1. Ensure you have renamed all your web service workflows for CFT to YourFirmName_CFT so you can reference settings. 
  2. Browse to Blackbox > Blackbox Configuration and lookup your configuration record (Record 1) 
  3. Click the Update Web Service URL button:
