• Prep the image first

    • Resize externally

    • Lock aspect ratio

    • Export PNG

    • Name it clearly (e.g., ClientLogo_300x80.png)

  • Match the VP dimensions to the image

    • Width = image width (or proportional)

    • Height = image height

    • Do not “eyeball” this

  • Avoid extreme scaling

    • Don’t shrink huge images

    • Don’t stretch small ones

    • VP is not Illustrator — it’s dumb by design

  • Test with a multi-page invoice
