Security Role Settings in Vantagepoint for the MailChimp Connector

       

                     

  1. Browse to Settings > Security > Roles

  1. Lookup or Create the BBConnector Role with the following permissions:

Setup the following Role Permissions:

Add and Modify rights to the following Info Centers in the Genera or Overview Tab of the Role Record:  

  • Firms (Companies)
  • Contacts
  • Marketing Campaigns (Marketing Efforts)
  • Settings > Screen Designer (Vantagepoint)
  • Configuration > Workflow
  • Utilities > Process Server
  • Blackbox Menu and all sub-menus 
    • BBMIQ Contacts
    • BBMIQ Lists
    • BBMIQ Campaigns
    • Blackbox Connector Configuration
    • BBMIQ Contact Management / Email Management

Other areas to check:

  • Access Rights Tab > Lookup Dropdown – All Lookups
  • Access Rights Tab > Tabs Dropdown – All Tabs

Create a User for the service account by browsing to Configuration > Security > Users and assigning it to the role you created above.
