For transition to Vantagepoint, your support point of Contact will need to create a temporary set of credentials for us to operate as your partner during the migration.  You will need to coordinate with Full Sail Partners IT to ensure that a new SMTP alias (email address) is added for your organization to the consultant performing the work (example: yourfirm@fullsailpartners.com).  Once the final migration is complete, you can remove this contact.

To do this, do the following:

Log into https://support.deltek.com with your Deltek support credential and click on “Manage Company Contacts”

Fill out the following information, being sure to include the Contact is Partner and specifying the Client ID of 19133 and specifying the name and email address the consultant who is helping you migrate provided (this must be unique and the consultant will have had to have set this up in advance).

We should receive a notice when complete and can proceed with your Vantagepoint migration.
