This article will review how to pull overall missing information from your MIQ to Deltek such as forms, responses, lists, and companies.

The first step is to make sure you are logged into your Blackbox user account so you can verify the web service calls are going through and completing properly.
URL: https://app.blackboxconnector.com/
Username and password will be the same as your previous URL. This is also located in Vision under Blackbox Connector Configuration InfoCenter in the fields Blackbox Username and Blackbox Password.
Pulling Forms, Lists, Email Campaigns, and Companies:
1) Login to Deltek and go to the "Blackbox >> Blackbox Connector Config" Info Center.
2) Navigate to the "Marketing IQ Config" tab.
3) Select the only record by either typing 1 in the search and hit enter, or you can click the magnifying glass and do a search for the only record in the info center and select it.
4) You can now click on the button that matches the type of data you need to repull.
5) Click the refresh button on your Blackbox webpage you opened earlier and you should now see a web service call.
Pulling Responses for a Form:
1) Login to Deltek and go to the "Blackbox >> Marketing IQ >> MIQ Forms" Info Center.
2) Select the record that matches the form you are looking to pull the responses for. You can either look this up by name or if you can't find that, verify the FormID of the form you are looking to pull and do an advanced search to look at the FormID field.
3) You can now click on the "Get all Responses" button.
5) Click the refresh button on your Blackbox webpage you opened earlier and you should now see a web service call. This call will insert any missing responses for that form you selected.
