For users on the Concur Standard (Universal) edition, we will require a service account user (ex. WSAdmin@yourdomain) with the following permissions:
1. Authorized Support Contact
2. Company Administration
3. Concur Expense User
4. Concur Vendor Payment User (for Invoice users only)
5. User Administration
6. Web Services Administrator
These permissions are needed for setup of the Blackbox Concur Expense/Invoice connector. Some permissions may be withdrawn after setup is complete but are best left in place to allow us to provide support in a timely manner.
