At some point you may need to download the extract in Concur, to verify data as it is leaving Concur.  To do this, you will need proper rights in Concur. 

1. Navigate to Administration>Company>Tools, and then select Import/Export Monitor.  Here you will see all the possible extracts.  You will want to click View under the Run History on the AP/GL extract (usually near the top).  



2. Now you will see a list that reflects your Concur Batch History:





3. Now select View on the AP/GL CES Standard Extract:




4. Click Download:




5. Open or Save the downloaded file in Windows Explorer.  Then open the file with CES_SAE in the name, in Notepad (or whichever text editor you may use):



6. You will now have the the text from the extract.  The data can be copied and pasted as text into Excel (use the Concur Pro Expense template if you have it), using text to columns,  using a | delimiter.  This will leave you with a more organized way to explore the data:
