Login to the Blackbox Connector application and setup your Deltek Authentication
- Browse to https://app.blackboxconnector.com and log in with your credentials (these should have been sent in an email to the individual who initiated the purchase of the connector. If you do not know your password, click the Forgot Password link.
- Click on the My Connectors button on the left and select Concur (Professional or Standard depending on your edition)
Create your Deltek Web Service Instance and Provide Authentication Details
- Click on to the Deltek Vision Authentication Step and enter in the following information:
- Service URI: This is Deltek Vision URL (the address you can use to access Vision from a computer) – NOTE that you will need to append your URL with “/visionws.asmx” like this:
- https://vision.yourcompany.com/vision/visionws.asmx
- Deltek Vision Database Description: From the drop down of your Vision login screen.
- Username and Password: The Deltek Vision Username and Password with the access rights defined here.
- Check Integrated security ONLY if you are using integration security.
- If you check this and select DOMAIN CREDENTIALS from the Web services Authentication menu on the right, and you’ll prompted Active Directory credentials – enter these and click Save ONLY if you use Integrated Authentication in your Deltek Vision installation
- Service URI: This is Deltek Vision URL (the address you can use to access Vision from a computer) – NOTE that you will need to append your URL with “/visionws.asmx” like this:
Click SAVE to exit configuration for the Deltek Vision Web Service, then repeat the same steps for the Deltek Vision iAccess web service URI (/visionservices.asmx)
