When using Concur Expense and Concur Travel together, you may need to disable the link between the two when it comes to employee data. If you don't have proper legal names in Vision, you do not want the employee data to be overwritten between Expense and Travel. To avoid this, you can ask you Concur coach to make sure the Employee Import Update Name Fields setting is unchecked. This setting is located in the Concur Coach's site configuration software:
