Username and password will be the same as your previous URL.  This is also located in Vision under Blackbox Connector Configuration InfoCenter in the fields Blackbox Username and Blackbox Password.

Seeing your calls and instances:

1)  If you have your production instance pinned, you should be able to view the calls from the "My Dashboard" link.  Otherwise you can go under "My Connectors" and select your subscription.  This will show you all of the instances that are configured.

2)  To view the web service call history, click on the graph button.

3)  You can now narrow the list by clicking on the filters above.  This include any of the buttons or the type of call in the menu above the buttons.  After you have selected the filters you wish, click the refresh button.

4)  Click the view button on the call that you wish to see the details.

5)  For viewing web service calls past one day, click the gear button and enter a date range.  You will then hit the refresh button.

Viewing Error Details:

1)  Find the web service call that has an error in it.  You will see a red X in the status column if there are any errors.

2)  Click on the red "errors" link.

3)  Click on a blank spot on one of the lines.  There will be a line for each error.

4)  Select the "Response" tab and you will see the response that we received from Concur.  The error will be in XML coding but you can see the actual error between the <message> and </message> text.
