How to Audit Batches Between Concur and Vision to Find any Missing Batches.

Step 1:  Login into https://www.concursolutions.com/

Step 2:  Navigate to your Import/Extract Monitor (Administration > Company > Tools > Import/Extract Monitor). Then click on the "View" link on the row with the AP/GL Extract in the Job Name column. If you have multiple AP/GL Extracts, look for the one that has the Last Run Date that matches what your connector would be running.

Step 3:  You will now see a list of batches that have been closed in Concur.  The Run Number column will match the batch number that is in Vision.  The Record Count shows the number of line items in the batch.  (Note: This might not always match the number in Vision due to extra tax lines).

Step 4:  In Vision, navigate to your "Concur Utility" info center under the Blackbox > Concur Connector on the left side menu.

Step 5:  Do a search and select all records.  After all records are selected, click on the "List View" button in the top menu.

Step 6:  Click on the "Select Columns" button and match the selected columns in the open window to match the image below and then click OK.

Step 7:  You can now sort by Extracted Date descending by click on the header twice.  You now have a list of all the batches that have uploaded to Vision.  We recommend verifying that the transaction column matches the # Concur column as the # Concur column shows the number of lines we expected from concur.  If those numbers do not match, you may be missing some line items from reports.

Step 8:  Compare the batches in Vision to the batches in Concur Import/Extract monitor.  We do not bring over any batches that have 0 records so you should not have those in Vision.  Any batch that shows records in Concur, you should have in Vision.  If you are missing any batches, you can pull the record by following the instruction in the link below.  In this example, batch 95 of 107 records was missing in Vision.
