Your Deltek Administrator is responsible for ensuring that your scheduled workflows run every night. Projects are typically pushed on a nightly basis for items that have changed in the last 24 hours.
This article will guide you through scheduling your workflow in Deltek to push Project record to Concur.
Step 1:
In Deltek, browse to Configuration > Workflow > Scheduled Workflows
Step 2: Select Projects from the application drop down locate the workflow titled: YOURFIRM_Concur Push Project Record to Concur Scheduled Event, then click SCHEDULE.
Note: If you do not see a workflow with your firm name in the prefix, COPY the BB_Concur Push Project Record to Concur Scheduled Event and rename the new entry to YOURFIRM_Concur Push Project Record to Concur Scheduled Event
Step 3: Click Recurring Activity and select "Daily" - click on the Main tab.
Step 4: On the main tab, select a time that will not interfere with your backups or other project operations.
You can now monitor this job in Utilities > Process Server > Queue Manager.
