Projects - Browse to Configuration > Workflow > Scheduled workflow and select the Blackbox Connector Configuration application.

Copy the workflow BB_Concur Push Project Record Batch and rename it to something applicable like YOURFIRM_Concur Push Project Record to Concur Catch up

2. Schedule the job to run and select to repeat daily at the time of your choosing (best to select off-hours)

Employees- Browse to Configuration > Workflow > Scheduled workflow and select the Blackbox Connector application.

Copy the workflow BB_Concur Push Project Record to Concur Initial Load and rename it to something applicable like YOURFIRM_Concur Push Project Record to Concur Catch up

Schedule the job to run and select to repeat daily at the time of your choosing (best to select off-hours)
