Info Center / Hub for Tracking in Vision / VantagePoint


All projects that are being pushed to Concur have a record in the Concur List Item Info Center.  Each line that will be pushed will have an individual record here.  For example, if you have a project that has 2 phases and 2 tasks under each phase, you would have 5 total lines that will include that project number. 


This list is populated nightly through a scheduled workflow under the Blackbox Connector Config Application Tab.  You can also push the Qualify Projects button in Blackbox Connector Config Info Center



Additionally, depending on the project list structure in Concur, your record list may look different.  If you have a charge type on the top of the list in Concur, then Level 1 will be the charge type of the project, level 2 will be the project number and so on.


Once the project has been successfully pushed to Concur through the Blackbox Connector, the current date will be inserted into the "Last Sync Date" field.

Finding your Project in Concur using Wildcards and Filters


  1.  Log into https://www.concursolutions.com/
  2.  Navigate to your list by going to Administration >> Expense >> Expense Admin >> List Management 
  3.  Double click on the list that you are using for you projects
    1. This list name can be found in Vision/Vantagepoint under the Blackbox Connector Config Info center on the Concur Config tab.
    2.  Be sure to click on the charge type folder first as the filter is based on each folder separately.
