iAccess provides users access to critical Vision data in user-friendly, intuitive workspaces designed for key roles. This new interface puts information at your fingertips anywhere, anytime so you can do more and know more. While iAccess is a part of the Core module some configuration is required.
iAccess requires a url that is different from your regular Vision URL. When your IT staff installs Vision, they will be told what the URL is. For clients hosted with Deltek or Full Sail Partners, you will be provided the URL.
From within the Vision system, the system must be configured for the database link. This is done from Configuration, General, System Settings, Email Tab.
When this URL is populated you will be able to use the iAccess menu item from Vision (you can also get to iAccess directly from the url).
Security must also be set up for each role that will be accessing iAccess. Security is set up in Configuration, Security, Roles
