Symptoms:  You've clicked a workflow button in a Vision InfoCenter and received this error:




Resolution:  Conditions can be setup on workflows that will prevent it from firing in the case of scheduled workflows (user initiated workflows can actually prevent you from saving the record with validation errors) - in the case of many of our connector products you'll notice we have conditions setup as a way of controlling the workflow of the native installation in Vision.  You can manipulate these conditions, but remember most are put in place to ensure that the Vision application operates in a manner that will prevent any errors from occuring.  


To view these conditions, browse to Configuration > Workflows > Scheduled Workflows 


In the case of the Constant Contact Connector, you'll see the default workflow events all have conditions - in this case, we tell Vision Marketing Campaigns to not create a list in Constant Contact if there's an existing, linked list.
